Hence, transformation is an indispensable feature of human life. These developments lead to the creation and elimination of various social phenomena and their relationships as the subject of science of law. By understanding this, legal scholars are committed to formulate ideas and theories that best fit these phenomena and by designing and resorting to the best techniques, in the best way, to describe and guide the order among them or, in the absence of such an order, to help regulate the relationships of these phenomena and at the same time direct them to the desired horizons ahead. <br />The theoretical issues of international law as the battlefield for encountering of different views, require more intelligence and coherency. Tools, methods and techniques of these characteristics should be followed in the content and method of studying international law. Accordingly, in this paper, the four concepts of theory, meta-theory, method and methodology with the aim of taking a small step towards the consciousness of scholarship in the field of research in international law will be studied, and thus the importance of theoretical and methods of legal theorization in the field of international law, with emphasis on the usefulness and necessity of studying multi-methods in the field, are redefined with the help of technique of legal meta-theory. <br />  روابط انسان‌‌ها با یکدیگر و با محیط پیرامونی، در طول تاریخ، پیوسته تغییر کرده است. ازاین­رو تحول، ویژگی جداناشدنی حیات انسان است. این تحولات به خلق و محو پدیده‌های مختلف اجتماعی و مناسبات میان آن‌ها، به‌عنوان موضوع علم حقوق منجر می‌شود. علما و اندیشمندان حقوقی با درک این وضعیت، وظیفه خود را تدوین ایده‌ها و نظریاتی می‌دانند که هرچه بهتر بر این پدیده‌ها انطباق داشته و به بهترین نحو با طراحی و توسل به بهترین فنون، بتواند نظم میان آن‌ها را توصیف و راهبری کرده یا در صورت فقدان نظم، به تنظیم مناسبات این پدیده‌ها کمک کند و هم­زمان به افق‌های مطلوب پیش رو هدایت نماید.<br /> مسائل نظری حقوق بین‌الملل به مثابه آوردگاه برخورد دیدگاه‌های متمایز در قلمرو زندگی و مناسبات انسانی، امروزه بیش از پیش محتاج هدفمندشدن و انسجام‌یافتن است. باید ابزارها، اسلوب و فنون حقوقیِ این مهم را در محتوا و روش مطالعه حقوق بین‌الملل دنبال کرد. بر همین اساس در این مقاله، چهار مفهوم نظریه، فرانظریه، روش و روش‌شناسی با هدف برداشتن قدمی ولو اندک در راستای آگاهانه­کردن مبادی دانش‌ورزی در قلمرو مسائل پژوهشی در حقوق بین‌الملل مطالعه خواهد شد و به این ترتیب، اهمیت مسائل نظری و روش‌های نظریه‌پردازی حقوقی در ساحت حقوق بین‌الملل با تأکید بر فایده و ضرورت مطالعه چندروشی در قلمرو حقوق بین‌الملل، با کمک‌گرفتن از فنّ فرانظریه‌پردازی حقوقی بازاندیشی می‌شود. https://www.cilamag.ir/article_35081_40c04db8524c0d1e87ed1966eecf48c2.pdf
