Among these, reference can be made to the judgements issued by the courts of Singapore, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. These actions provided opportunity to the courts to deal with the issues raised in connection with the restrictions and impediments imposed under the UN Security Council resolutions and the related domestic rules. These judgements suggest how to use the legal mechanism in the national courts in the benefit of the Iranian parties. These cases with no precise statistics regarding the number of the actions, have not been thoroughly considered by the Iranian legal community. The jurisprudence produced through these cases might be of assistance to the Iranian persons which are active in commercial and governmental sections in figuring out the approach taken by various States in dealing with the legal disputes relating to sanctions imposed on Iran, and then taking them into account in their future legal relationship with other States’ public and private sections. در دوران پیش از برجام، دعاوی متعددی در ارتباط با اشخاص ایرانی در برخی دادگاه‌های داخلی به دلیل تحریم‌های شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد علیه ایران اقامه شد. ازجملة این آرا می‌توان به آرای دادگاه‌های سنگاپور، بریتانیا و هلند اشاره کرد. دعاوی مطرح در دادگاه‌های مذکور، فرصتی فراهم کرد تا دادگاه‌ها موارد ادعایی در پرونده‌ها را با لحاظ محدودیت‌ها و موانع ایجادشده در قطعنامه‌های شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد و مقررات داخلی ذی­ربط بررسی و ارزیابی کنند. آرای این دادگاه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که چگونه می‌توان از نظام‌های قضایی داخلی به نفع طرف‌های ایرانی استفاده کرد. این‌گونه دعاوی که آمار دقیقی از آن‌ها در دست نیست، آن‌چنان که شایسته است، مورد توجه جامعه حقوقی ایران قرار نگرفته است. رویه‌قضایی حاصل از این دعاوی می‌تواند به اشخاص ایرانی فعال در بخش تجاری و همچنین نهادهای دولتی دست‌اندرکار کمک کند تا در دوران پسابرجام، رهیافت حقوقی کشورهای مختلف را در بررسی اختلافات حقوقی مرتبط با تحریم‌های اعمال­شده بر ایران درک کنند و آن‌ها را در آیندة روابط حقوقی خود با نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی کشورهای دیگر مدنظر قرار دهند. https://www.cilamag.ir/article_45944_b4f1013b4a92d53a20b4492ca202ff2b.pdf
