Therefore, when interpreting a treaty, the text, context, and other elements of the general rule of interpretation as outlined in Article 31 of the Vienna Convention should be considered alongside the relevant rules of international law. This research aims to address the question: What is the position of relevant rules of international law in the interpretation of treaties? It appears that treaties should be interpreted in harmony with other relevant rules of the international legal system of which they are a part. Thus, incorporating the relevant rules of international law in treaty interpretation ensures the unity and systemic integration of the international legal system. In this research, an examination of library sources, international documents, and international jurisprudence will be conducted utilizing a descriptive-analytical method to explore the position of relevant rules of international law in the interpretation of treaties. جزء (ج) بند 3 ماده 31 کنوانسیون وین 1969 بیان می­کند که در تفسیر معاهده، همراه با سیاق، باید «هر قاعدۀ ذی‌ربط حقوق بین­الملل قابل اجرا در روابط میان طرفین» در نظر گرفته شود. بنابراین در تفسیر معاهده، علاوه بر متن و سیاق آن و سایر عناصر قاعدۀ کلی تفسیر مندرج در ماده 31 کنوانسیون وین، باید قواعد مرتبط حقوق بین­الملل نیز مورد توجه قرار گیرد. پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که جایگاه قواعد مرتبط حقوق بین­الملل در تفسیر معاهدات چیست؟ به نظر می­رسد که تفسیر معاهده باید در هماهنگی با سایر قواعد مرتبط نظام حقوقی بین­المللی که بخشی از آن است، صورت گیرد. بدین ترتیب، استفاده از قواعد مرتبط حقوق بین­الملل در تفسیر معاهده، می­تواند وحدت و یکپارچگی سیستمیک در نظام حقوقی بین­المللی را تضمین کند. این مقاله با بهره­گیری از اسناد بین­المللی و رویه‌قضایی بین­المللی، جایگاه قواعد مرتبط حقوق بین­الملل را در تفسیر معاهدات مطالعه می‌کند. https://www.cilamag.ir/article_710236_95045d54e9a9f81e183fd46dbd477c6c.pdf
