International peace and security are essential preconditions for revitalizing of human rights. These prerequisites are not completely obtainable due to lots of reasons, including advances in science and technology. This paper suggests that in spite of the efforts of international community to keep international peace and security, these kinds of threats are growing. If military potentials of nanotechnology add to unstable situation, current arms race is going to be wild and lead to an unimaginable human catastrophe.
